Alaska Medical License Service

The Licensing Company’s average processing time is 3 to 5 months for a Medical License in Alaska.  However, the Alaska Medical Board offers a temporary physician license which is made available upon the acknowledgment that the application is complete.

The temporary Physician license will allow the Physician to practice until the Full Board meets at its’ quarterly meeting to issue the AK License.

Like all other states, we try to keep your involvement to a minimum so you can spend time practicing medicine rather than filling out forms.
